After gaining operational and business management experience in the Financial Management, Banking / Co-branded credit/debit cards & retail industry, he joined Glomai,l one of South Africa’s leading mail-order companies Operations & Systems Director with a focus on customer experience. He founded Endless Rewards in 2006, on immigrating to Australia.

Patrick is a distinguished authority on Brand strategy with a track record of achievement in advertising. Previously he was a worldwide Board Director of Saatchi & Saatchi and CEO of Asia Pacific and Africa region from 1977 to 2004. From 2004 to 2007 he held the position of CEO JWT Asia Pacific South. He has been a director of the Singapore Tourism Board for over four years and is currently a director of various companies.

Early on in his career, Rob honed his entrepreneurial skills with various marketing management positions at 3M, Afrox and the Grinaker Group, before venturing out to start up several businesses of his own including interests in a large format Billboard printing business. He developed his passion for CRM and Loyalty whilst involved with a group that owned and managed 40 KFC stores in South Africa.
